My goals are: To participate in Triathlons My other favorite activities include: Boxing and body building. I Need to improve my swimming. About ELRAYO: Growing up my parents always wanted my brothers and I to be involved in some kind of sport. By the way, look forward to seeing my brothers become members of this community. Furthermore, I have always been involved in some kind of physical activity. Soccer has always been a Family sport; shot outs to my nephews and cousins who are now enjoying the adrenalin of soccer and sports in general. Look forward to seeing you guys as members of this community as well. So soccer, Swimming, Wrestling, Track and Body Building have been part of my life experience. I have always pushed myself in everything I set my mind, and since life hits you with the hardest challenges then why not take on Triathlons. I really enjoy the adrenalin that comes from running. By the way, shot out to Uncle Javier RIP and to Uncle Tony who is still running as fast as a cheetah. These two gentlemen are the family athletes who I look up too. The Recent Challenge: As of Oct. 2007, I sprained my ankle but that did not stop me from running, pain did not matter, I was on a runners high. Due to over training and not treating the injury I developed injuries on both of my knees shortly after that I dislocated my back and pinched the sciatic nerve. If you suffered from this then you know what’s up. It's nothing to be proud of however the pride comes from the fact that I have overcome this challenge through strength training and I am back running. Big thanks to Jessica to uncle Pepe in Mexico and to Mom and Dad for your support through this physical challenge. To all friends, Teammates, and competitors, look forward to seeing you as members of this site. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding sciatic problems. Check back again for I will add more info that’s it for now. See you at the finish line.
